Prior to joining Carreden in 2005, Mr. Faulkner had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D’Accord Financial Services since 1993. Mr. Faulkner is primarily responsible for advising credit enhancers of tax credit finance transactions, where he has successfully developed his group as the leading advisor to tax credit guarantors. Prior to 1993, Mr. Faulkner was employed by a major bank-leasing firm for eight years where he was a regional manager primarily engaged in lessee marketing. He graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College and holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Mr. Faulkner did graduate research in South Korea for one year while on a Fulbright-Hays Scholarship. Mr. Faulkner holds series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Meyer is primarily responsible for structuring and processing of tax credit finance transactions as well as developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, investors, and credit enhancers. Prior to 1993 he was Treasurer for Bedford Property Investors, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed REIT, and Corporate Controller for Robert Half International Inc., a personnel services company, which is also listed on the NYSE. In addition, Mr. Meyer was a Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he earned his C.P.A. Mr. Meyer is an NASD Registered Principal and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Mr. Meyer holds series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Hadaway holds a C. P. A. license in Virginia and earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida, an M.B.A. in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Taxation from George Mason University. Mr. Hadaway holds series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
Ms. Laffoon has been affiliated with Carreden since 2005. Prior to being affiliated with Carreden, Ms. Laffoon had been with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor D’Accord Financial Services since 1997. Ms. Laffoon is primarily responsible for the pricing and structuring of tax credit finance transactions. In addition, Ms. Laffoon provides consulting services to the financial services industry. Prior to 1997, Ms. Laffoon’s experience included six years providing training and technical support to customers of a financial analysis software vendor and twelve years pricing and structuring lease transactions for a bank-affiliated leasing company. Ms. Laffoon received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her M.A. from San Jose State University. Ms. Laffoon holds series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
